Sulphurlawn Chips

Sulphurlawn Chips is a special mini – granular formation designed specifically for acidifying the soil in the spring and autumn. It is recommended the soil is aerated (solid or hollow tined) and dressed with coarse sand to aid penetration into the turf surface.

Sulphurlawn Chips increases the nutrients that are being released to the grass roots resulting in better colour, growth, vibrancy and increase in nutrient usage. The majority of lawns have alkaline soil, with a high pH this is ideal for worm activity (worm casts).

SulphurLawn Chips gradually decreases the pH of the soil which gradually reduces the worm activity without harming them. An ideal lawn acidity of between 5.5 and 6.5pH can be achieved by applying SulphurLawn Chips on a monthly basis.

Use a simple pH probe to check progress.
